Michael D. Brown is a professional speaker, author, coach, and trainer, specializing in management, customer service, and personal branding.
Michael grew up in Lexington, Mississippi. He has spent the last ten years working with the fourth largest Fortune Global Company in the world. In his most recent assignment, Michael directly lead a team of 11 District Managers and an organization of 138 operations with more than 1000 front line employees.
